A Statement Regarding COVID-19

Dear Clients, Colleagues & Friends,

With the growing public health concern regarding the Novel Coronavirus, we want to assure you that our main concern is the health and safety of our clients, staff, and their families. During these unsettling times we have everyone’s best interests in mind. With that, effective March 20th and until further notice, we have encouraged all tax and accounting professionals to work remotely from home.

In order to continue to provide uninterrupted service to our clients, all professional staff can be reached by email. We encourage you to send us your tax documents in electronic format.  If that is not possible, our support staff will be in the office accepting packages and making sure the information is routed to the proper professional. Our staff will continue to be responsive to our clients’ needs and to minimize any disruptions.

As of today, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin announced that the tax filing deadline of April, 15th has been extended to July 15th. This also includes any individual tax payments which were due by April 15th.

New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and California have also provided for the same extension of time to file and pay. We will keep you informed of any other changes as they materialize.

Please be safe and take care of yourself, your family, friends and neighbors.
